When I floated around the idea of making a snack to get me through the day, get pumped for a workout, or simply create an on-the-go snack with a little bit of kick, I envisioned cacao, coffee, and ginger with a slight touch of sweetness.  Have your coffee and eat it too with my own version of "wake me up" grain-free granola with all the things a body needs to power up.  

It's not really granola because I don't load it up on fillers like oats or other grains, just nuts, seeds, coconut, and strawberries.  I just ferment a few things and make a delcious snack with a slight caffeinated twist.  Sweetened with honey and cocoa powder, once you add the cacao nibs you immediately realize that this is definitely a one-of-a-kind probiotic goody.  Where has this been all your life?

And, I'll let you in on a little secret; I call it cramola for a reason.  Based on our reviews, you can't help but want to cram a handful into your mouth or put little bit of this very lightly sweetened "cramola" on your yogurt in the morning.  But be forewarned.  This might accidentally become your daily cup-of-joe.
